The resultLegal stopped being a fire-drill — the founder got their time, and their nerves, back.
Frequently asked
How soon can I start using this plan? ▾
As soon as your payment is confirmed. We email your receipt and access details and set up your consultation and document credits — usually within 24 hours.
Who actually handles my legal work? ▾
Qualified, Bar Council of India–enrolled advocates and legal professionals. LawCrust is a legal consulting company powered by its own legal technology; acts that constitute the practice of law are carried out by enrolled advocates.
Do unused consultations or document credits roll over? ▾
No. Allocations apply within the plan term and do not roll over or accumulate, in line with the fair-use policy in the terms below.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan later? ▾
Yes — you can move up at any time. We adjust your benefits and pricing from the upgrade date, so you only pay the difference going forward.
What is NOT included? ▾
Government charges — court, registry, stamp duty, and notary fees — are excluded, and physical court appearances are not included unless arranged through a FundMyCase engagement. Full scope is in the terms below.
Is my information kept confidential? ▾
Yes. Your conversations and documents are encrypted and handled under India's DPDP Act; advocate–client privilege stays intact and we never sell your data.
What is your refund policy? ▾
Plans are non-refundable once any consultation or document credit has been used in the billing cycle. See the terms below for details.
How does monthly billing work? ▾
You are billed per month. Subscriptions carry a short minimum commitment and can be paused or stopped with the digital notice stated in the plan terms.

Terms, scope & fair-use policy ▾
- A "consultation" is a pre-scheduled phone/video call up to 30 minutes (45 minutes for litigation strategy sessions where stated). Unused monthly/annual allocations do not roll over, accumulate, or transfer.
- Document vetting covers standard agreements up to the page cap stated in the plan. Documents over the cap, or complex commercial/corporate structures, count as 2 credits or incur a custom fee.
- Plans cover advisory, documentation, and strategy. They exclude physical/virtual court appearances and government charges (stamp duty, registry, filing, notary) unless contracted under a FundMyCase agreement.
- Funded litigation requires a mandatory FundMyCase assessment: an assessment fee (your skin in the game) plus a success fee. It is never "zero out-of-pocket" and funding is subject to merits review + investment-committee approval.
- Prices are indicative and exclude applicable taxes; the platform/service component attracts GST at checkout. International plans may be billed in ₹ (INR) at a ₹100/$ reference rate.
- We may suspend or terminate a subscription without refund for abuse, spam, or repeated demands outside the defined package scope.
- Active human-advocate hours are capped per month (e.g. 3 / 8) and do not roll over. Founder's Co-Pilot is limited to teams of 0–10 with one designated SPOC.
- Strategy and drafting only — court appearances via FundMyCase. VC equity rounds quoted separately. 2-month minimum commitment with a 15-day pause notice.
